Personal trainer and CMAR intern

Jacob earned a degree in Exercise Science and his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential through the NSCA. He is learning the practice of muscle activation as a CMAR intern.

He has worked in physical therapy clinics in Golden, Colorado, and Fort Myers, Florida. His interests include strength training, cardio, swimming, and sports.

Jacob wants to help people feel comfortable, strong, and confident in their bodies. His role at CMAR is a learning role; he is not presented as an independent clinical reviewer.
