Editorial standards

People take responsibility.

Published posts identify their author and approving practitioner, link to their profiles, and show publication, update, and review dates. A title or credential is described in the team biography; it is not a substitute for evidence supporting a claim. Jacob’s internship is identified explicitly.

Articles awaiting approval are labeled as drafts. A draft is not represented as reviewed clinical guidance.

Distinguish experience from evidence.

Company descriptions explain how CMAR presents its approach. External sources provide context for specific statements. General rehabilitation research does not automatically establish that a branded method produces a particular result.

Personal experience, when included with permission, will be identified as personal experience. This site does not invent testimonials, success rates, professional endorsements, or claims of superiority.

Be transparent about AI assistance.

AI can help organize notes and prepare article drafts. It does not supply a practitioner’s lived experience, credentials, or clinical approval. AI-assisted articles disclose that assistance, and named human attribution is added only after approval.

Keep names and scope clear.

Purposeful Motions™ is CMAR’s brand name for its movement-education approach, also called Less-ercises. The introductory product retains its established title, Less-ercise: Low Back Pain.

The blog and quiz are educational. They do not diagnose a condition, prescribe an individualized treatment, clear someone for exercise, or guarantee results.

Corrections and review

If a statement needs correction, send CMAR the article title, the sentence in question, and a source or explanation. Material changes to a published article require renewed approval; update dates should reflect actual content changes.

Privacy and contact

This application does not collect blog-reader accounts or comments. Quiz answers stay in the current tab and are sent to the eligibility API only when the quiz is completed. Allowlisted funnel events use random session and event IDs; they do not include quiz answers or contact details. The anonymous session ID and reached-question list use session storage and clear with the browser session.

Stripe handles checkout details on its hosted page. Hosting and deployment-protection services may process access information under their own policies.
