CMAR is a mobile and video practice serving Colorado. Treatment is provided at a customer’s home or place of business, with video-conferencing sessions available. Appointments are considered throughout Colorado; availability outside the Denver area depends on travel distance and safe scheduling feasibility.
Our work focuses on neuromuscular re-education and rehabilitation, centered on muscle activation, movement awareness, and individualized attention.
OUR MISSION
Help people restore function, confidence, and independence through purposeful movement and greater awareness of how mind and muscle work together.

FOUNDER · CMAR PRACTITIONER
Brent “BJ” LaGrange
Brent brings together muscle activation, biomechanical education, and personalized Purposeful Motions. His work begins with listening to each person’s goals and observing how their body moves and responds.
More about Brent
He works with people recovering from injury or illness, living with long-term physical challenges, or pursuing athletic goals. His approach emphasizes individualized attention, brain-body communication, and practical function in everyday life.
CMAR’s Less-ercise program introduces the attention, coordination, and control that guide Purposeful Motions.
Tonya earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University. Her inpatient rehabilitation and home health experience brings a broad understanding of recovery, mobility, and the demands of everyday life.
More about Tonya
Her experience includes total joint rehabilitation, spinal pain and surgery recovery, stroke and vestibular rehabilitation, and neurological conditions including multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and ALS.
Returning to school while raising four children gave Tonya a personal understanding of balancing family, work, and individual health. She values a practical approach that makes room for all three.
While training for cycling and an obstacle course race, her experience using muscle activation and Purposeful Motions during recovery from a persistent foot injury inspired her to pursue further training in the method.
Jacob has a degree in Exercise Science and earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential through the NSCA. He is now learning the practice of muscle activation as a CMAR intern.
More about Jacob
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Jacob wants to help people feel comfortable, strong, and confident in their bodies. His interests span strength training, cardio, swimming, sports, and helping people find activities they enjoy.
